It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture, make, sell, design, transfer or use any item which has the Oro Valley Town logo contained on it without the express prior consent of the Oro Valley Town Council or their designee, or, in an emergency situation, or day-to-day Town ordering activities, with the approval of the Town Manager. Nor may any item or insignia, regardless of shape or design, which has the words “Town” or "Oro” or “Valley”, either used separately, together or in a connection to an official Town sponsorship, be used without the prior approval of the Town Council or their designee.
