10-12-12 Notice to Town and Other Officials.

Immediately upon the issuance of a parade or public assembly permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following:
A. The Mayor and Town Manager;
B. The Town Attorney;
C. The Fire Marshall;
D. The Director of the Department of Public Works;
E. The Postmaster; and
F. The manager or responsible head of each public transportation utility, the regular routes of whose vehicles will be affected by the route of the proposed parade or public assembly. ((O)02-07, 03/20/2002)
