Any property owner desiring to have his property included in the water utility service area of the Town of Oro Valley shall apply for inclusion on the form provided by the Town. The form shall require the name of the property owner, a legal description of the property proposed to be included, and the authorized signature of the owner of the property requesting approval, said signature acknowledged pursuant to ARS 33-506. No application for inclusion in the water utility service area shall be considered unless the service area inclusion fee has been paid, and the required information and authorized signature of the property owner has been provided.
