Water rates, charges, and/or fees are due and payable as indicated on the billing or at any future established locations. If a bill, charge, etc., is not paid in ten (10) days it is considered late, between eleven (11) and fifteen (15) days it will be considered past due, and after sixteen (16) days of the date the charges are due and payable it is considered delinquent.
