In no case shall any person, company or plumber turn on the water supply to any building, or any supply pipe, where the supply has been turned off for the nonpayment of the monthly water bill or for the violation of any provision of this code. All water that has been turned off by the Town water utility shall only be turned on again by the employees or agents of the Town water utility. Any person found involved in such an action may be charged with a Class One Misdemeanor. ((O)96-13, 03/25/1996)
