15-16-10 Estimated Bills.
This section is included in your selections.
Estimated bills will only be issued under the following conditions:
A. Conditions which prevent the Town from reading the meter; or
B. Circumstances that make it dangerous or impossible to read the meter, i.e., locked gates, blocked meters, vicious or dangerous animals, threatening conduct of the customer, etc. Each bill based on estimated usage will indicate that it is an estimated bill. ((O)96-13, 03/25/1996)
