All facilities will be constructed in accordance with the guidelines established by the Arizona Department of Health Services, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, and the Town of Oro Valley; or shall follow as closely as possible the above agencies’ and the City of Tucson’s standards as pre-approved by the Water Utility Director until the Town of Oro Valley adopts its own standards, and shall follow any other jurisdiction’s standards with authority over the construction standards for public water supplies.
