Water rates, fees and service charges for the Town of Oro Valley Water Utility shall be established by resolution of the Town Council. The alternative water resources development impact fees and the potable water system development impact fees shall be established by ordinance in accordance with Chapter 13. ((O)14-05, 04/02/2014)
