Graywater use is allowed for use by Oro Valley Water Utility customers; provided, that all guidelines imposed by ADEQ are met and that design, construction and operation of the system meet requirements of the International Plumbing Code, Chapter 13, Graywater Recycling Systems. All graywater systems must have backflow protection installed and must meet requirements of Article 15-23, Backflow Prevention and Cross-Connection Control Program.
