The Town Council shall be empowered to originate, change, adopt and amend engineering design and construction standards for improvements to, extension of, additions to, and modifications to the Town water utility system. The Town applies Tucson Water standards for development of the water utility system. Any modifications to those standards must be approved and granted by the Water Utility Director.
