All stormwater conveyance facilities owned by or dedicated to the Town within the area of jurisdiction shall be considered the facilities of the Stormwater Utility. Stormwater conveyance facilities constructed as a part of private development shall not be dedicated to the public unless a request is made of the Town to accept dedication of such facilities and the Administrator determines that the facilities are constructed to current Town standards and that it is in the public interest to accept such dedication. Such facilities and/or interests in real property shall not be conveyed to the Town prior to the issuance of a formal acceptance by the Town. ((O)01-15, 06/20/2001)
