Applicants for temporary water service will be required to pay the Town, in advance of service establishment, the estimated cost of installing and removing the facilities necessary for furnishing the desired service. The applicant may be required to advance a sum of money equal to the estimated bill for service. Where the duration of service is to exceed one (1) month, the applicant will also be required to pay the deposit for service required by the Town. Any service for a period of more than six (6) months shall be deemed a permanent service, and provisions of this code relating to permanent service shall apply. ((O)96-13, 03/25/1996)
