A. The Director or his or her designee may make such reasonable rules and regulations as are necessary to manage, use, preserve and govern park property and activities, and may designate hours of operation and opening and closing times of the municipal parks. No person shall trespass upon or be on the grounds of any municipal park during hours when any municipal park is closed to the public, unless such person has received written permission from the Town.

B. Any section or part of any park may be declared closed to the public by the Director, and/or the Police Department, at any time and for any interval of time, either temporarily or at regular and stated intervals (daily or otherwise) and either entirely or merely to certain uses, as the Director may find in the public health, safety or welfare, or for proper operation of the park. The Director may also modify seasonal park hours to allow for the appropriate use of Town resources and citizen use.

C. Oro Valley Aquatics Center Hours of Operation. The Oro Valley Aquatics Center shall be open to the public from the hours of 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. The Oro Valley Parks and Recreation Director shall have discretion to modify these normal hours for all programs and/or special events held at the Oro Valley Aquatics Center.
