Unless otherwise specified, a criminal violation of any provision in this chapter shall be a Class One misdemeanor carrying a maximum penalty of up to six (6) months’ imprisonment, three (3) years’ probation and/or a fine in the amount of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
