The Town Enforcement Agent and/or peace officers are hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this chapter and issue citations for violations thereof. Pima Animal Care Center shall have primary responsibility for the enforcement of this chapter. ((O)08-22, 11/05/2008)
