Any violation of this article shall be a Class One misdemeanor with a maximum potential penalty of six (6) months in jail, two thousand five hundred dollar ($2,500) fine or a period of probation not to exceed three (3) years, or any combination thereof. ((O)08-22, 11/05/2008)
