There are hereby created the offices of Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager, Town Clerk, Planning and Zoning Director, Town Marshall/Chief of Police, Town Engineer, Town Attorney, Town Magistrate, Town Building Official, Finance Director, Human Resources Director, Water Utility Director, Parks and Recreation Director, and Information Technology Director. The Town Manager, Town Marshall/Chief of Police and Town Attorney shall be appointed by the Town Council and shall serve at the pleasure of the Council. These employees may be removed by the Council by a majority vote of its members immediately for cause or pursuant to the terms of their employment agreements, without cause. The Town Clerk, Planning and Zoning Director, Town Engineer, Finance Director, Building Official, Human Resources Director, Water Utility Director, Parks and Recreation Director, and Information Technology Director shall be appointed by the Town Manager and shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Manager. These employees may be removed by the Town Manager immediately for cause or pursuant to the terms of their employment agreements, without cause.
