The Human Resources Director shall direct the activities of recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development and employee safety; and shall perform those duties necessary for operation of the human resources functions. The Human Resources Director shall be appointed, evaluated and terminated by the Town Manager in accordance with Town policies and procedures or pursuant to an employment agreement.
