The Water Utility Director shall direct the activities of the water utility relating to water production, engineering, distribution, and customer service for reclaimed and potable water resources; and shall perform those duties necessary for operation of the water utility. The Water Utility Director shall be appointed, evaluated and terminated by the Town Manager in accordance with Town policies and procedures or pursuant to an employment agreement.
