The Information Technology Director shall direct the activities of the Information Technology Department and shall perform those duties necessary for the operation of the Information Technology Department. The Information Technology Director shall be appointed, evaluated and terminated by the Town Manager in accordance with Town policies and procedures or pursuant to an employment agreement.
