The Engineer shall have charge of the Town streets and public works and shall perform such duties as may be required of him by law and such other duties as the Town Manager may deem necessary. The Town Engineer shall be appointed, evaluated and terminated by the Town Manager in accordance with Town policies and procedures or pursuant to an employment agreement. ((O)07-37, 09/05/2007)
