The Planning and Zoning Director shall direct the activities of the Planning Department and Zoning Enforcement and shall perform those duties necessary for operation of Town Planning and Zoning functions. The Planning and Zoning Director shall be appointed, evaluated and terminated by the Town Manager in accordance with Town policies and procedures or pursuant to an employment agreement.
