A. Principles. The Procurement Agent shall establish cost principles which shall be used to determine the allowability of incurred costs for the purpose of reimbursing costs under contract provisions which provide for the reimbursement of costs.

B. Cost or Pricing Data. The submission of current cost or pricing data may be required in connection with any award, change order or contract modification. ((O)08-03, 02/20/2008)
