A. The Town of Oro Valley Board of Adjustment shall consist of five members. Members shall serve two year terms. Members must be Oro Valley residents. Members will be appointed to the Board of Adjustment by the Town Council as per the adopted policy for “Appointments to Boards, Commissions and Advisory Bodies of the Town.” ((O)01-22, 09/19/2001)
