The Town Manager or his or her designee from the Town staff shall serve as an ex officio nonvoting member of an advisory board to facilitate reports to and from the council and shall attend such meetings as he or she deems necessary or as a function of the advisory board’s agenda. The Town Council may also authorize one (1) of its members to serve as an ex officio nonvoting member of an advisory board to facilitate reports to and from the Council, and to relay areas that a majority of the Town Council want the advisory board to address.
