The presiding officer of the Town Court shall be the Town Presiding Magistrate who shall be appointed by the Town Council. The Presiding Town Magistrate shall serve an initial term of two (2) years and subsequent terms of four (4) years, if reappointed, with the beginning and end of each term to be specified at the time of appointment/reappointment.
