A. The Town of Oro Valley’s adopted building code is the “2018 International Building Code,” as amended, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Oro Valley, Arizona.

B. The use of minimum requirements specified in this Code does not guarantee, implicitly or explicitly, the safety of any building or structure subject to this Code. All buildings or structures subject to this Code shall submit to a commonly accepted rational analysis and shall meet or exceed the minimum requirements stated herein.
