A. Golf cart paths on certain public or private streets may be allowed provided approval has been obtained from the town engineer.

B. The town engineer can only give approval after he has obtained a report or plan which completely identifies the crossing location, the traffic analysis, the location and sizes of all traffic control devices and any other pertinent data. The report or plan must be prepared by an Arizona registered professional traffic engineer and must be stamped and signed by the engineer.

C. The company or person requesting the golf cart path must retain the professional engineer to do the design work and must pay for and install all signing, striping and any other required traffic control devices.
