Newly installed and reinstalled alarm systems shall not be subject to the provisions of this article relating to the counting and assessment of false alarms for a period of thirty days from the date the alarm system becomes operational. For the purpose of this section, reinstalled alarm system means the installation of a new control panel. ((O)98-07, 03/18/1998)
