15-16-2 Non-liability.

The Town of Oro Valley shall not be responsible for any damage or claim of damage attributable to any interruption or discontinuation of service resulting from:
a. Any cause against which the Town could not have reasonably foreseen, such as but not limited to force majeure;
b. Any service interruptions to make repairs or perform routine maintenance;
c. Hydraulic phenomena resulting in temporary water quality changes that are not attributable to faulty water service;
d. Curtailment;
e. Any damage to property of the utility due to an outside agency’s actions. ((O)96-13, 03/25/1996)
