Town of Oro Valley Water Utility customers shall be notified of changes in water conservation levels in conformity with and based upon the resource status levels set by the Town Manager by the use of public notices, local newspapers, public service announcements from radio and television, door hangers, water utility bills, and any other form of communication necessary to provide adequate notice to customers.
