18-2-6 Violations; Penalties.
A. Violations of this article shall be civil infractions punishable as follows:
1. For the first violation within a twelve (12) month period: a fine of no less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and no more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).
2. For the second violation within a twelve (12) month period: a fine of no less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and no more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).
3. For the third violation within a twelve (12) month period: a fine of no less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) and no more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).
B. Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion of a day during which any violation of this article is committed and/or permitted.
C. In addition to any other penalties allowed by law, the Magistrate shall order abatement as necessary. ((O)08-22, 11/05/2008)
