Any property owner wishing to have his property included in the water utility service area of the Town of Oro Valley (C.H.) Water Utility or Town of Oro Valley (R.V.) Water Utility systems, in the event such property was not previously within the service area of a public service corporation water utility purchased or acquired by the Town or within the boundaries of the City of Tucson, Oro Valley Water Improvement District No. 1 or Metropolitan Domestic Water Improvement District municipal water utility service areas, shall pay fees as outlined later in this document as a Service Area Inclusion Fee. Should the situation arise where a person or company in another territory wishes to leave their current territory and be included within a Town utility, such fee will be negotiated at that time.
